Shipping & Returns

We are currently delivering only to Cyprus addresses but plan to expand worldwide soon. Delivery is free for all orders valued at €100 or more. For orders less than that the delivery cost is calculated at check out and it’s a flat amount of €3.

• We expect orders to be packed within 48 hours of when the order has been placed (excluding weekends). We expect the parcel to arrive within 3 to 4 business days.
• Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order details by e-mail at orders@rousoscy.com or by telephone at + 357 22777886.
• Should you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to return the order from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in the original sealed packaging and must be unused and undamaged. Please contact us with your order details at orders@rousoscy.com. Once we have been contacted we will advise you the steps in having the device returned to us.
• You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. We only replace products if necessary; we do not have money refund policy. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
